Raw Photo Editor is a free, browser-based photo editing tool that allows you to open, adjust, and export RAW image files directly in your web browser. The Service is provided at no cost and requires no account registration or installation.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
3. Your Content
You retain full ownership of any images and files you open or edit using Raw Photo Editor. The Service processes all image data locally within your browser. Your files are never uploaded to, transmitted to, or stored on any external server.
- All image processing happens client-side using WebAssembly and WebGL.
- No image data leaves your device at any point during use.
- We do not collect, access, or store your photos or edited outputs.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. You may not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the availability or functionality of the Service.
5. No Warranties
The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any image processing, color rendering, or exported output produced by the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Raw Photo Editor and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed the amount you paid to use the Service, which is zero.
